With the option for 1 or 2-person units, at St. Martin Hall you can create your private sanctuary or share a space with one of your favorite people. No matter what floor plan you choose, you’ll be immersed in a community of students who share the same drive and ambition that you do.
When you settle into St. Martin Hall, you’ll feel right at home. This community includes access to convenient and amazing amenities like a 24-hour fitness center, laundry rooms and study lounges on each floor, 24-hour front desk, and emergency maintenance services.
Students who make St. Martin Hall home will enjoy apartment-inspired living that includes convenient accommodations. Moving in is made simple thanks to the inclusion of essentials like desks, chairs, bed sets, nightstands, and dressers. Microwaves, refrigerators, and cooktops are already in place while residents will love that they can easily settle around shared community spaces on day one.
Upper-class and professional students are welcome to apply to live at St. Martin Hall. In addition to a completed application, a $0 student account balance is required, and applicants must submit a $300 housing deposit. The online application process is simple and streamlined. St. Martin Hall leases are 9 months that extend from mid-August through early-May of the following year.
